Delivery

Where we deliver: anywhere in India our courier reaches. Please give the full address with its PIN code, and a phone number the delivery man can ring.

When it leaves us: an order placed before the shop shuts is packed the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are not working days, and a festival week can add one.

How long it takes: most addresses have the parcel 3 to 7 working days after it leaves us. Smaller towns and hill stations take longer, and so does the week after a big festival.

What it costs: the delivery charge is shown at the checkout, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Following it: we send you the courier's tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Nobody at home: the courier tries again, and rings the number on the order. A parcel nobody accepts comes back to us; we refund it, less what the return cost us, and we would far rather ring you than have it travel twice.

Collecting from the shop: if you chose to collect, we message you when it is ready. Bring the order number.

If it arrives damaged: tell us within 48 hours, with a photograph of the packet if you can, and we will replace it or refund it.
