This page says what we do with what you tell us. It is short because we ask for little.

What we collect: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you place an order, and the order itself. If you make an account, we keep that too, so that you can see what you have bought from us. We do not ask for anything we do not need to get the parcel to you.

Your payment details: we never see your card, UPI or netbanking details. Our payment provider handles them and tells us only that a payment succeeded or failed, and its reference.

What we use it for: to take, pack, send and account for your order, to answer you when you ask about it, and to keep the sales records the law requires us to keep. We will message you about your order on the number you gave us.

Who else sees it: the courier who carries your parcel and the provider who takes the payment — nobody else. We do not sell, rent or exchange what you tell us, and we do not hand it to anybody for advertising.

Being followed: this website carries no advertising cookie and no other company's tracking script. It keeps one cookie, to remember your basket and your sign-in.

How long we keep it: as long as we are required to keep the record of the sale. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or remove what we are not obliged to keep.

Offers: we message you about an order because you placed one. We send offers only to people who asked for them, and we stop the moment you tell us to.
